Byakuya-sama doesn't get a new power or anything, but he just spams his existing Senkei all at once into a brand new move. The manga was already hype, but the anime makes Senbonzakura's pink blades look so damn gorgeous. Cramming three captains' fights into a single episode is top-tier.
